Maybe you just want to refinish the hardwood floors and stain them a new color, we can do that too. Our Process For Flooring Projects

Beebe is a flooring contractor you can trust!

Design

Our first meeting is all consultation work. We want to understand you. What are your wants and needs for your floors. Is this a main walkway, do you want a to change from wood to LVP or vice versa? What about tile floors? Plenty to talk about and it's fun for everyone!

Demo

Once we've finalized a design concept, our team creates a plan. The construction plan is the roadmap for everything for your floors. First on a roadmap is demolition. Everyone seems to know what "demo day" is nowadays and we look forward to this process too!

Reinforce

This is an optional step depending on each project. Sometimes we encounter floors that are not structurally supported properly. We often are unaware of these issues until we demo, so we will discuss all options with you if we feel it's truly a hazard to your house.

Install

Here is where we actually install the new flooring you choose. The process for each different flooring type is vastly different. So we will plan accordingly for whichever style we are laying down. This is fun to watch and see but can be messy depending on the project size.

Stain & Seal

Another optional step depending on the floor type. Vinyl and LVP don't need these steps. Tile and wood floors need a sealant. If you want a specific hardwood floor color, now is the time to stain the wood before sealing it. This step is completely unique for each project.

Reveal

The final reveal! The most exciting part for our clients is when they get to see the finished look. We just love seeing the reaction to our transformation of their old floors to the new one. It brings such joy to everyone when you can finally live and enjoy the new dream space!
