Our Process For Basement Remodeling

Design

Our first meeting is all consultation work. We want to understand you. What are your wants and needs for your new basement? Is extra space the most important reason? Or are you just wanting to entertain? There are many design aspects to talk about and we're ready to help.

Demo/Prep

Once we've finalized a design concept, our team creates a plan. The construction plan is the roadmap for everything for your basement. First on a roadmap is demo and ground prep. Studs must be installed and walls likely need to be erected for a quality basement design.

Install

The next phase in the plan is installation. This varies slightly depending on the basement project. Once we have a a solid plan from the design, we go about installing all necessary aspects from walls to floors to ceilings and beyond. Beebe will install all the intricate designs.

Paint / Finishing

Depending on your specific project, there may be painting, staining and sealing involved. Whether you want a theatre surround system or specific lighting, we will account for these extra details in the process of installation and design.

Reveal

The final reveal! The most exciting part for our clients is when they get to see the finished look. We just love seeing the reaction to see their new basement. It often blows people away when they get a final walk through and see just how beautiful it looks!
