Our Process For Commercial Construction

Beebe is a general contractor you can trust!

Design

Our first meeting is all consultation work. We want to understand you. What are your wants and needs for your new addition? Do you need more bedrooms or bathrooms? Or is it about entertainment? There are many design aspects to talk about and we're ready to help.

Demo/Prep

Once we've finalized a design concept, our team creates a plan. The construction plan is the roadmap for everything for your addition. First on a roadmap is often demo and ground prep. We usually need to lay new foundations for the expanded section to get things moving correctly.

Construct

The next phase in the plan is construction. This varies slightly depending on the project, but obviously involves walls and roofing. Once we have a plan from the design, we build everything to the design specifications that were determined. We manage all contractors too.

Paint / Finishing

After the major construction phase of building walls and adding a roof, we will put in drywall, fixtures and finishing touches like trim. All the intricate details are decided ahead of time, but this is where we round the corner and complete everything.

Reveal

The final reveal! The most exciting part for our clients is when they get to see the finished look. We just love seeing the reaction to see their brand new space. It often blows clients away when they get a final walk and see just how beautiful it looks!
